Winans primarily ships via UPS® Ground, with average delivery in 2-8 days.


Because chocolate melts in warm weather, chocolate orders to designated regions will default to overnight shipping to ensure quality upon arrival during the summer heat. For additional info, visit our Shipping Page.

Winans gift cards are available in increments of $15, $25, $50, $100, or $200 and are redeemable for any Winans product placed through the Winans app, via our "order ahead" link, or at the counter at Winans locations.

We are unfortunately not able to redeem gift cards for web orders. Please call 937-773-1981 if you would like to redeem a gift card for a shipping order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Gift cards will be shipped directly to your recipient within 24 hours of ordering. Please plan for a minimum of 4 days for delivery.

Winans coffee subscriptions include two 12oz bags of coffee and a special candy or handcrafted chocolate treat.

There is no minimum time frame for your subscription and it can be be adjusted at any time.

Your coffee subscription will begin immediately and will renew approximately one month following your original purchase date. You will receive an automated reminder before monthly charges will be made and an email receipt once your card on file has been successfully processed.

Our chocolates and other confections are manufactured in a facility that processes nuts. At this time all of our chocolate subscriptions are our roaster's choice and may include nuts and/or gluten. If you are sensitive to either of these allergens, we do not recommend eating the treats.

Food products cannot be returned after opening, but if you have an issue with the quality of your your product, please reach out to us immediately at: office@winanscandies.com.

Winans coffees are sourced from responsible growers from around the world and roasted in our Piqua, Ohio roastery. We use a Swiss water decaffeination process for our decaf beans to preserve the all of the robust Winans flavor you've grown to love every day.

Winans chocolates are handcrafted every day in our Piqua, Ohio factory using fresh, whole ingredients like heavy cream, butter, and sugar.

Then we add peanut butter, nuts or purees like maple, orange, raspberry, and coconut to create the center of our chocolate confections. These sweet centers are then coated with Winans’ finest chocolate, marked and packed by hand and packaged for your enjoyment.

Winans gives annual support to several national organizations that align with our brand, our beliefs, and our hearts. For this reason, our donation policy is limited to carefully established corporate guidelines and must go through an application process.

We do not currently donate to religious, political or sports organizations. To be considered for a donation, you must be registered as a 501(c)(3) organization.
