These no-bake power bites are the perfect balance of nourishing and indulgent. Made with hearty oats, creamy almond butter, natural sweeteners, and a boost of protein, they’re an easy treat you can feel good about enjoying any time of day. Finished with Winans No Sugar Added Chocolate Covered Raisins for just the right touch of chocolatey sweetness, these bites come together quickly and store beautifully — making them ideal for meal prep, snacking, or sharing with someone you love.
Makes approximately 20-24 Winans Power Bites
Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup local honey
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (approximately 2 tbsp, our favorite is chocolate protein powder)
1 cup of Winans No Sugar Added Milk Chocolate Covered Raisins
Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, honey, coconut oil, and salt until smooth.

Add the protein powder, oats, and shredded coconut. Mix to combine.

Fold in the Winans Chocolate Covered Raisins.

Using a small standard cookie scoop (2TB), scoop balls of dough and roll into balls.

Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours. Store in the refrigerator in airtight container for up to a week.
