Wilson Reiser, CEO Winans Coffee & Chocolate, was selected ORHA Rising Star. This award is chosen by committee and honors an emerging leader in the food service industry - one whose work demonstrates ongoing exceptional growth and high potential for future impact. Wilson grew up next door to his familyโs business, where he gained hands-on experience in nearly every role, all before the age of 18. After a brief career practicing law, Wilson returned to Winans in 2020 to help guide the company through the challenges of COVID-19. In 2022, he became Winansโ fifth-generation owner-operator, continuing the familyโs proud legacy.ย
