Wilson Reiser Selected ORHA Rising Star
PIQUA, Ohio (December 11, 2025) — The Ohio Restaurant & Hospitality Alliance (ORHA) recognized the best and brightest in Ohio’s restaurant, foodservice & hospitality industry at its annual Industry Awards on December 8, 2025, at Villa Milano Banquet & Conference Center in Columbus.

Wilson Reiser, CEO Winans Coffee & Chocolate, was selected ORHA Rising Star. This award is chosen by committee and honors an emerging leader in the food service industry - one whose work demonstrates ongoing exceptional growth and high potential for future impact. Wilson grew up next door to his family’s business, where he gained hands-on experience in nearly every role, all before the age of 18. After a brief career practicing law, Wilson returned to Winans in 2020 to help guide the company through the challenges of COVID-19. In 2022, he became Winans’ fifth-generation owner-operator, continuing the family’s proud legacy.
